Hey, that's just not true. There are going to be loads of African bands on supplied by Peter Gabriel and WOMAD... in Cornwall! Seems even more patronising now. Think they should have just left it alone.
He says "Now, outrageously, he is planning to corral the Africans into Cornwall rather than allow them to appear on the same stage, on equal terms, with their European and American counterparts. And I thought apartheid was dead ..."
