Like, Whatever, You Know

Apparently, as a Britsh blogger, and an ex-pat at that, I'm supposed to summon up some outrage at the recent UN report that among the wealthy nations the UK is failing its children. But, well, the Guardian says:
The UK takes bottom place "by a considerable distance" for the number of young people who smoke, abuse drink and drugs, engage in risky sex and become pregnant at too early an age.

So who am I to harsh their buzz, know what I'm sayin'?

Hi Paul,

I tracked you down using google search, you must be famous! How're you doing, and, are you coming over in May for Matthew's wedding?

Hey there!

I don't know about famous, I have a small very select regular readership...

I'm doing just fine, if you look through the archives youll see that I've been doing some singing and things. Hopefully I'll soon have something to put on the Internet for everyone to enjoy. If you e-mail me "herzberg at ris dot at" I'll probably be able to tell you more.

I am planning to come to the wedding, I believe that rooms are booked and everything. Joe's got a few gigs, with Little Baby Cheeses, in Donny and Leeds around that time so I hope to be able to go to those, too.
